What is the difference between freezing a card and blocking it?
Freeze: If you believe you may have misplaced your NayaPay debit card, please freeze your card immediately by navigating to Cards > Freeze Card. This will temporarily disable your card and limit transactions on it. Recurring payments, such as subscriptions on platforms like Netflix, Amazon and FoodPanda, will continue to be processed successfully when your card is frozen or temporarily disabled. You can unfreeze your card anytime from the app.
Block: If your debit card has been lost, compromised or stolen, please block your card immediately and order a replacement. After you freeze your card, you get the option to block the card. Once you block your card, it cannot be unblocked, and you will need to order a new card as replacement. You can also navigate to Card > + sign on the top right to order a new card.
