How can I transfer money from Payoneer to my NayaPay account?

  1. Sign in to your Payoneer account.
  2. Select the currency you want to withdraw funds from and tap “Withdraw”.
  3. If you have not added NayaPay as a bank account for withdrawal yet, please click on the Add new* button and fill in the following details:
  • Bank details
    • Bank account category > Personal
    • Bank country > Pakistan
    • Bank account currency > PKR
  • Account details
    • Bank name > NayaPay
    • Enter your name (as mentioned in your CNIC)
    • Enter your 24-digit IBAN (To find your IBAN number, open the NayaPay app, click on “Add Money”, and copy the 24 digit IBAN)
  • Confirm Payoneer account details
    • Add your Date of Birth
    • Enter your Payoneer Password
    • Click on “Confirm”
  1. Once you have added NayaPay as a bank account, enter the amount that you want to withdraw. You can also enter a description for the transaction.
  2. Click "Review"
  3. Click “Withdraw” to submit the withdrawal request. If two-step verification is turned on in your account, you may be asked to verify your identity using a code.

*Verification of a newly registered bank account on Payoneer typically takes 1-2 business days. Upon completion of the verification, you’ll receive an email from Payoneer confirming that your bank account has been added to your Payoneer account. It will then be visible and ready to use.
