How can I update my personal details?

Here's how you can update your personal details on the NayaPay app!

CNIC:

1. Tap on the three white lines at the top left of your Home screen.
2. Go to Settings > Account and Privacy Settings > Update CNIC.
3. Update your CNIC date of issue and date of expiry.
4. Email the pictures of your original CNIC (front and back) to support@nayapay.com with your NayaPay ID so we can update it in our system.

Home Address/Email Address:

1. Tap on the three white lines at the top left of your Home screen.
2. Tap on your profile picture, and use the edit icon beside 'My Addresses' or 'Email Address' to update your information.

Mobile Number:

We're sorry! The option to update your mobile number is temporarily disabled. We will notify you as soon as this feature is available again.
