How can I update my personal details?
Here's how you can update your personal details on the NayaPay app!
CNIC:
- Tap on the three white lines at the top left of your Home screen.
- Go to Settings > Account and Privacy Settings > Update CNIC.
- Update your CNIC date of issue and date of expiry.
- Email the pictures of your original CNIC (front and back) to support@nayapay.com with your NayaPay ID so we can update it in our system.
Home Address/Email Address:
- Tap on the three white lines at the top left of your Home screen.
- Tap on your profile picture, and use the edit icon beside 'My Addresses' or 'Email Address' to update your information.
Mobile Number:
We're sorry! The option to update your mobile number is temporarily disabled. We will notify you as soon as this feature is available again.
