How can I verify my email address?
To keep our services as affordable as possible, we are transitioning One-Time Passwords (OTPs) from SMS to email. Here's how you can verify your email address to receive all important updates:
- Open the three lines menu at the top left of your Home screen
- Tap on your profile picture
- Tap the Edit icon next to ‘Email Address’.
- Change your email address if you wish to and tap the 'Verify' button.
- Check your email inbox for the OTP.
I didn't receive the OTP. What should I do?
Remember to check your spam folder. If it's not there either then tap on 'Send Again' to generate a new OTP. In case you still face any issues, please contact our Customer Support at (021) 111-222-729.
What will happen if I don't verify my email address?
You can still receive money in your NayaPay wallet, but your access to features such as sending money, paying bills, viewing transaction history, and more will become limited. To ensure a seamless app experience, please verify your email address.
