How can I add money to my NayaPay Arc account?

You may need to add money to your NayaPay Arc account from time to time to be able issue refunds for transactions already settled in your account. You can also use funds in your account to pay utility bills and other everyday payments on NayaPay.

You can add money to your NayaPay Arc account in the following ways:

a)  With a linked bank account: You can also load money into your NayaPay Arc account through a linked bank account. Simply click on Accounts → Add money → Designated Bank Account. Enter the amount to load, and select the Bank Account to load from and complete the steps.

If you have not previously linked a bank account, you will be prompted to do so at this stage. Please complete the steps and try again.

b)  With any bank account: Go to your bank internet banking portal or mobile app, and select either Bill Payment or IBFT from the list of fund transfer options. Then choose NayaPay from the available banks and enter your mobile number registered with NayaPay Arc or your NayaPay Arc account number (Tip: it is 16-digit number beginning with 7), then click Search. Confirm the beneficiary details and enter the amount you intend to load and complete any additional security checks such as your bank's TPIN or one-time PIN. Upon success you will be notified on the Arc portal as well as verified email address that your account has been loaded.

c) Over the counter bank deposit: You can deposit cash at the counters of Meezan Bank and Askari Bank branches*. All you need is your CNIC /Passport and a filled deposit slip (available at the branch). It may take on average one business day for the deposit to reflect in your account, although in most instances it is instant. While NayaPay has no charges for this method of loading your account, the bank may apply a small fee to accept the deposit at the bank counter.
