Will my customer be notified when my refund completes?

If the purchase was made with Visa or Mastercard, the customer’s bank usually credits the account within 30 days from the date the refund was initiated. Many banks will also show a pending refund within 1 – 3 business days. Customers should be advised to check with their bank or their account statement to see if the refund has been posted.
