I have lost my card. What do I do now?

Freeze your card through the Arc portal or call (021) 111-222-729 to freeze your card through NayaPay Customer Service helpline. Timely action will protect you against unauthorized transactions. If your card was misplaced and you find it later, you can enable your card again through the Debit Card menu in the portal at any time. If you are unable to find your card, you can order a new card online. Once you order a new card, your existing card will be blocked automatically.
