I did not receive the exact amount which was deposited into my account. Why is that? How do I resolve it?

First, please verify the details of each deposit, and associated transactions. These are available under the Deposits and Transactions tabs on the left pane. While reviewing these details keep an eye out for any fees, chargebacks and refunds deducted from the collected amounts before the deposit is made.

If you still find that there is a discrepancy, please file a dispute from the Dispute and Refunds tab in the left pane. Our dispute specialist will investigate this right away and follow up with the issuing bank or network to resolve the issue.
