How do I link a bank account?

You can link your bank account easily from the Arc portal.

  1. Navigate to Accounts → Bank Accounts → Add Bank Account on your Arc portal.
  2. Enter the requested bank account information. You can find this information listed at the bottom of your cheques or you can contact your bank to confirm this information.
  3. Click Verify. Please note that the bank account title must match with the name of the business owner registered with NayaPay. This is a security measure to protect your funds from being transferred to an account not owned by you. 

It can take up to 2 business days for your request to be completed as our team verifies your bank account details. You will be notified when your bank account has been verified and linked. You can then designate it as the default account for your deposits.
