How can I request a POS machine?
To order a POS machine, go to the NayaPay Arc portal and simply click on POS in the left pane. Select the POS machine you are interested in, select the branch you wish to attach it to (if you have just one branch, Head Office will be selected by default) and pay the deposit. The POS machine will be delivered to the branch within 1 - 3 business days by our agent who will carry out a brief, in person training. There will be additional videos to help your new employees learn to operate the POS. Every transaction on the POS will be reflected in the transaction history of the POS machine itself as well as on the Arc portal.
