How can I resend an invitation?

As an admin, you can resend an invitation by following these steps:

1. Go to the User Management section in the NayaPay business portal.
2. Find the user you want to resend the invite to — they should have an “Invited” status.
3. Click the three dots icon.
4. Select Resend Invite from the menu.

The user will receive a new email invitation to join the portal.
