How do I remove a user’s access?

As an admin, you can revoke a user’s access by following these steps:

  1. Go to the User Management section.
  2. Select the user whose access you want to revoke.
  3. Click the three dots icon.
  4. Select Revoke Access.
  5. Once revoked, the user's status will change to Removed.

The user's login and access to the portal will be immediately disabled.
