What details can I see in the User Management section?

In the User Management section, Admins can view key information about each user in the portal, including:

  • Status: Displays if the user is active, invited, removed, verified, in review, input required or verification failed.
  • Name: The full name of the user.
  • Role: The assigned user role (e.g., Admin, Approver, Finance, Card Owner).
  • Email: The user's registered email address.
  • Designation: The user’s job title or position.
  • Joining Date: The date the user was added to the portal.

Admins can also access additional actions for each user, such as editing roles or revoking access, through the three-dot menu.
