What do the different user statuses in the User Management section mean?
In the User Management section, users are assigned specific statuses that show their current access and verification state in the portal. Here’s a breakdown of each status:
- Active: The user has full access to the portal and all permissions associated with their role.
- Removed: The user's access has been revoked, and they can no longer log in or perform any actions in the portal.
- Invited: An invitation has been sent to the user, but they have not yet completed the registration process by setting up their profile.
- Verified: The user’s details have been successfully validated, and they are authorized to access the portal based on their role.
- In Review: The user’s account or details are currently under review, and access is pending further validation.
- Input Required: The user needs to provide additional information or documents to complete the registration or verification process.
- Verification Failed: The user’s details could not be verified, and they will be unable to access the portal.
These statuses help Admins track user access and onboarding progress within the portal.
