Can I send a payment reminder to my customers?

Yes, you can send payment reminders for invoices that are pending payment from your customers. To send a reminder, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Sales section of your NayaPay Business portal.
  2. Click on the specific invoice for which you want to send a reminder.
  3. Click the More option.
  4. Select Send Reminder.

Once you select "Send Reminder," your customer will receive an email notification reminding them about the outstanding payment.
