Can my customers pay half of an invoice amount?

Customers can make partial payments only when paying via international transfer. When a partial payment is received, the status of the invoice or payment link is updated to Partial Paid.

A maximum of three partial payments is allowed. If the full invoice amount is not received after three partial payments, the invoice will be considered closed and no further payments can be made against it. Any remaining balance will need to be collected by issuing a new invoice or adjusting the outstanding amount separately.
