Can I accept international payments for my invoices?
Yes, you can enable the option to accept international payments for your invoices. To do this, navigate to the Settings module within your NayaPay Business portal and click on Sales settings. In the payment options, you will find a toggle for international payments. If you switch on this option, a checkbox labeled "allow international payment" will appear each time you create a new invoice, allowing you to enable international payments for that specific invoice. If the international payment option is switched off in the settings, this checkbox will not be displayed during invoice creation.
Please note that accepting international payments may involve fees as per our Schedule of Charges, and payments will be processed through our remittance partners.
