My wallet is pending or on hold. What does that mean?

Your wallet is created after your identity and other details are verified. Normally the process takes a few minutes but, in some cases, can take up to two business days. Your wallet will be in pending state during this time.

If some of the identity details you provide cannot be verified by our KYC team, your wallet creation request will be placed on hold. You will be notified of the same and prompted to correct the information highlighted in the app.

Please ensure that:

• Your camera is working.
• All images are clear and without any blur or glare.
• Your CNIC or NICOP is not expired, damaged or unreadable.
• You do not use pictures, screenshots, copies, or scans of your CNIC or your NICOP.
