My phone has been lost or stolen. What should I do now?

Your debit card can still be used without your smartphone. You will continue to be able to make card payments and withdraw cash, and even top up your account through bank transfer or over the counter at a partnering bank’s branch.

For security purposes, we strongly recommend that you immediately install the NayaPay app on your new phone and sign in with your existing NayaPay ID and password. You will be prompted to enter a One Time PIN (OTP) received on your registered mobile number since you are logging in through a new device.
