How can I close my account?
We’re sorry to see you go! Before your account can be closed, you will need to:
- Pay any outstanding fees
- Withdraw your wallet balance if it’s above Rs. 10
- Close any active disputes.
To close your account:
- Open the NayaPay app, go to Settings, and tap Account Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom and select Close Account.
- Choose Talk to Us to chat with our Support Team or tap Continue to Close Account to proceed.
- If any of the conditions mentioned above apply, follow the prompts to complete the required actions.
- Once done, tap Close Account and enter your MPIN.
After this process is completed, your account will be closed immediately and you will receive an email confirmation. You will not be able to login or access your account once it is closed.
