How can I close my account?

We're sad to see you go. To close your account, you are requested to send us an email at support@nayapay.com from your registered email address and provide the following details.

• Reason for account closure
• Full name
• NayaPay ID
• Registered mobile number
• CNIC

After verifying your details, we will begin the process of closing your account. Please make sure to withdraw or transfer any funds in your NayaPay account before closing your account. Your wallet balance should be Rs. 0. You will not be able to access any funds through the app once your request is processed. Please note closing your account will not automatically transfer funds to your bank account.
