How can I close my account?

We’re sorry to see you go! Here’s how you can close your account:

Open the NayaPay app, head to Settings, and tap Account Settings. Scroll to the bottom and select Close Account. Choose Talk to Us to connect with our Support Team via chat, or tap Continue to Close Account to move forward with the process.

You’ll need to complete the following steps (if applicable) before closing your account:

  • If you have outstanding fees, you’ll see the option to Pay Fees. Tap it and enter your MPIN to clear the dues.
  • If your wallet balance is not below Rs. 10, you’ll have to withdraw your funds.
  • If you have active disputes, the option to Close Disputes will appear. Tap it and follow the instructions to resolve them.

Once these steps are done, tap Close Account and enter your MPIN.

Your request will be processed in 1–2 business days, and we’ll send you an email to confirm the closure.
