Because your MPIN is the highest form of authentication and enables access to your funds, the process to change your MPIN requires verification of your identity. Please call Customer Service at (021) 111-222-729 to change your MPIN. If you are calling from abroad, you may find it cheaper to call Customer Service on the international number +1 650 468 2078.
You can also lock your account by exhausting the number of MPIN attempts allowed on the app, then visiting your nearest Meezan Bank ATM for biometric verification to reset your MPIN.
