I forgot my password. What do I do now?

No worries! Follow the instructions below to reset your password on the NayaPay app:

1.    Tap on “Forgot password” on the login screen.

2.  Enter the One-Time PIN (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number and email address to verify your identity.

3.   Set your new password.

You can change your password anytime by navigating to Settings → Account → Change Password
