What is an MPIN?
An MPIN is a six-digit passcode used to authenticate transactions and access sensitive information on the NayaPay app. Although remembering this number may seem cumbersome at first, it adds an important and necessary layer of security to protect against unauthorized use of your account.
For security purposes, it is critical that you keep your MPIN confidential and not share it with anyone. NayaPay, its employees or agents, will never ask you for your password, MPIN, OTP or debit card PIN. Also please don’t share these credentials over email, call, SMS, web links or social media.
If someone ever asks for your MPIN, please do not under any circumstances, reveal this information. We cannot stress this enough.
